Kumaranalloor Sree Bhagavathy Temple

Kumaranalloor Sree Bhagavathy Temple Kumaranalloor Devi temple is considered as one of the most important Devi temples among the 108 durgalayas (devi temples) in Kerala. The Kumaranalloor temple is situated in the Perumbaikad village of Kottayam taluk. The mural paintings and wood carvings of the temple are of top order endearing. The annual festival in Vrischikam is celebrated on a big scale and attended by thousands and thousands. Navarathri is also celebrated on a grand scale. Vijayadasami, Shivarathri, Meenappuram, Vishu, Uthrattathi during Onam, 41 days Mandalvilakku are the other events celebrated here.
