The Chendamangalam Fort is located in a small town in Ernakulam district of Cochin. 
Chendamangalam Fort of Kochi is situated at about 42 kilometers from Ernakulam. This land was once the abode of the Paliath Achans, the prime ministers of the Maharajas of Kochi. Their residence, the Paliam Palace represents the architectural splendour of Kerala. The Chendamangalam Fort houses a huge variety of antiquities that bear historical significance. It has three rivers, seven inlets, hillocks and large expanses of green plain. In Chendamangalam fort, we can see a church, a mosque, and a temple.
